If you would like to donate any historical items to the PVHS, we require that you fill out an Artifact
Donation Form to accompany your items.

Be sure to attach it to any items you wish to donate.
 We are accepting items that have a relation to Path Valley history.

All items have to be approved before they are accessioned into our museum.
